How Do You Ship? 

1. We use renowned shipping company only according to their best service area.

2. Our Dresses are shipped from India. Within India we will be using domestic services such as STCouriers and Professional Couriers which delivers within 3-4 days upon shipment. Overseas Shipment will be delivered by the best service that is currently available. Please allow 1 week upon shipment for it to arrive. If you still have not received it after a week, please contact us at sales@azwafashions.com.

How Long is the Order Processing Time?

1. For custom orders, orders will be processed within 24 hrs and it will usually take 45 days to ship. This will be communicated upon order placement

How about Taxes and Duties?
1. Any charges, tax or duties have to be borne by the buyer. 

2. All items are shipped on Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. As the recipient, you are liable to pay all import duties, custom duty, local Sales/Vat taxes and any other taxes levied by the country in which you are importing the product to. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. Do You Provide Tracking number?

1. Yes. Please allow 2-5 days for the tracking number updation upon shipment.

1. Goods will be shipped only after receipt of full payment.

2. Delays may occur due unforseen circumstances. Please contact us at zifaafstudio@gmail.com if you have any concerns.
3. Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and some times due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be issued for this reason. We use reputed logistics such as DHL and Fedex to ship all international orders for a hassle free experience.
4. Please ensure your address is complete. We will not be able to take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please also note that we do not deliver to P.O.Boxes.
